Hamilton has worked out terms of a deal to send 17-year old minor league LHP Willie Leon and 24-year old minor league RHP Martin Folsom to Southern California for 30-year old 1B Dave Oppelt. Both teams expect to introduce their new players at press conferences later in the week.
In his career, Oppelt has played in 196 games, batted .313 with 32 home runs and 231 base hits.
