Eagles, Chargers Trade Players Wednesday, December 6th , 2006 A trade was announced today at a press conference in Newark. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Newark Eagles general manager shook things up by acquiring 31-year old LF Dave Kowal from the Detroit Chargers for 18-year old minor league SS Juan Correa and 22-year old minor league LHP Ryan Doan. "We're a better team now," Eagles general manager Dan Jordan said. "We've added several pieces to the puzzle." |
