SPBC Headline News: Winter Meetings End Wednesday, November 29th , 2006 My, how time flies when pandemonium is in the air! The Winter Meetings are coming to a close today. Some teams have gotten exactly what they wished for, but whether the new talent will end up being a meaningful addition is yet to be seen. Some GMs might end up looking like masterminds if a little-publicized move pays big dividends. However, it is still early in the offseason and there's much more wheeling and dealing to play out. |
