Detroit-Ottawa Swap: Weiss for Dudley

The Chargers and Capitals confirmed this afternoon that a trade had been agreed upon. In the deal, Detroit will get 31-year old RHP David Dudley, while Ottawa will receive 18-year old minor league C Torsten Weiss and 18-year old minor league LF Edgar Moreno.
Since making his league debut, Dudley has made 110 appearances and nailed down 17 saves with 227 Ks in 200 innings. In his career he has a record of 14 wins and 9 losses and a 3.73 ERA.
