RF Kondo Signs $11,200,000 Deal with Miami

Team insiders were tight-lipped prior to today's deal that brought 26-year-old right fielder Mitsujiro Kondo to Miami.
Kondo is considered one of the league's A-list players and certainly will enhance any chances the Sun Sox have to win a playoff spot this year.
In 298 career games Kondo has hit .314 with 360 hits, 45 home runs, 185 RBIs and scored 166 runs.

It's Official: RP Morris Signs with Aces

A wave of jubilation swept over Las Vegas today as fans and team officials celebrated the signing of Billy Morris.
Despite the fact that the Las Vegas Aces will have to pay out $1,448,000 over 3 years, he will certainly draw fans to the park. Let's just hope they don't crank up ticket prices!
Morris has 43 saves in his career with a 19-19 record and a 2.95 ERA.
