RP Rossi Signs $350,000 Deal with Tampa Bay

Thunder officials presented Steve Rossi to members of the local print media today as their new reliever.
The deal, worth $350,000, guarantees the 36-year-old a home in Tampa Bay for 1 year. It should improve the ballclub, assuming he plays to his potential.
