SPBC's #1 Pitcher is Dvorsky Friday, November 4th , 2011 Jesse Dvorsky of the Newark Eagles is in the spotlight today. He was voted the top pitcher in the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit and will be presented the 2011 Pitcher of the Year Award.
