Eagles, Admirals Swap Players Tuesday, July 28th , 2026 Newark and Quebec City announced some roster changes today as the Eagles acquired 24-year old minor league 1B Alex Garcia from the Admirals in exchange for 38-year old RHP Chris Allen. Representatives from both teams say they are pleased with the deal. This year, Allen has collected no saves in 28 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 5-4 won-lost mark with a 5.22 ERA and fanned 43 batters in 50 innings. Opponents are hitting him at a .271 clip in 2026. |
