Great Day for Rangel -- 5 Hits
It's not something you read about in the sports pages every day -- a 5-for-5 day. For many, it might come around only once in a career -- and for Bob Rangel, it came around today.

The 32-year-old right fielder scattered hits all over Moose Grounds to pace the 9-3 Mexico City Aztecas victory over the Saskatoon Moose.

Saskatoon skipper Anthony Whitaker told reporters in the press room that "Rangel deserves a hat-tip."

"He hit some good pitches against us," he said. "In fact, according to our scouting reports, Rangel hit several that he is not supposed to be able to hit."

Bob Rangel doubled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Josh Massey in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Josh Massey in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

So far this season, Rangel is hitting .276 with 10 home runs.
