Poort on a Tear, Hits for Cycle
Vacaville right fielder Ben Poort had a field day at Goldeyes Park, battering Winnipeg pitchers and hitting for the cycle.

Poort sparked the Steelheads to a win, 8-7, over the Buffaloes by going 4-for-6 with 1 run batted in and scoring 4 runs.

"I was seeing the ball great today," Poort said. "I'm glad it translated into results on the field."

Ben Poort singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Gavin Barr in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, doubled in the 8th, struck out in the 10th and flied out in the 12th.
