5-Hit Blitz by Ramirez Friday, August 29th , 2025 It seemed that Los Angeles (R) center fielder Mario Ramirez could do no wrong as the Knights KO'd the Grizzlies, 9-5. Ramirez rapped out 5 hits in 6 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Grizzlies hurlers were throwing. "I think the Knights were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Vancouver (R) fan after the game. "I felt good. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Ramirez in the postgame press interview. Mario Ramirez doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th, hit an RBI double in the 9th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Dave Antonio in the 10th.
