It seemed that Los Angeles (R) center fielder Mario Ramirez could do no wrong as the Knights KO'd the Grizzlies, 9-5. Ramirez rapped out 5 hits in 6 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Grizzlies hurlers were throwing.

"I think the Knights were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Vancouver (R) fan after the game.

"I felt good. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Ramirez in the postgame press interview.

Mario Ramirez doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th, hit an RBI double in the 9th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Dave Antonio in the 10th.

Ramirez is currently hitting at a .296 pace with 12 home runs and 39 RBIs. He has played in 87 games and scored 46 times.
