Vancouver Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Sunday, September 21st , 2025 A late-season playoff push is not in the cards for the Vancouver Grizzlies. The club today was mathematically knocked out of playoff contention. "There are a lot of long faces around right now," said Grizzlies manager Vancouver Caretaker. "You know in your head that every year, most teams in baseball have to go through this, but it still hurts when you realize you've lost your shot at a title." The Grizzlies have missed the playoffs 21 times in their 26 years as a Professional Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 9th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2016. In the last 10 seasons, the Grizzlies have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
