Seattle's Crosno to Miss Season Friday, August 22nd , 2025 Seattle starting pitcher Jake Crosno could miss the remainder of the season because of a damaged elbow ligament. He exited yesterday's Minnesota game after injuring himself while throwing a pitch. The original diagnosis said Crosno would be out 11 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that." Crosno has a 3-10 season record so far. In 18 starts, he has fanned 92 batters in 91.2 innings with a 5.69 ERA. |
