Los Angeles starter Corey Martin pitched effectively against the Arizona Suns at Camelot. The right-hander led his team to a win, 6-4. The 11th-place Knights now have a record of 15-26.

Los Angeles took a 6-4 lead on Sergio Serrano's 6th double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Serrano hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Arizona pitcher Brian Miciotto visibly frustrated.

"No complaints from me," said Knights manager Steve Finley. "I like what I saw out there."
