The Detroit Motors downed the Miami Sun Sox, 4-0, at Sun Sox Stadium. Detroit pitcher Jeff Paull definitely brought his A-game. Detroit, at 25-26, occupies 8th place in the Eastern Circuit.

The Motors got a big at-bat from catcher Gabe Espinoza. For the game, Espinoza went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. In the top of the first, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Detroit a 1-0 lead.
