Hamner Leads Seattle to 7-0 Win Over Vancouver
|
Today was Casey Hamner's turn in the rotation for the Seattle Gulls and he made the most of it, shutting out the Vancouver Grizzlies on 6 hits.
The 30-year-old right-hander led the Gulls to an easy 7-0 victory, allowing 1 walk and tallying 6 strikeouts.
"I hope we miss him next time," Vancouver manager Vancouver Caretaker said. "Hamner certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."
