There are moments in a player's career that they will not soon forget.

Justin Lynn of the Denver Cutthroats had one such moment at Inferno Field, when he went 5 for 5 at the plate. His hitting heroics weren't enough to pull out the victory, however, and Denver succumbed to defeat, 9-5, to the El Paso Diablos.

"This was quite a day for me individually, but a little disheartening at the same time," the 26-year-old right fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "It would have been very special if we had won the game."

Justin Lynn hit an RBI single in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 9th.

Currently Lynn has 3 home runs and a .286 batting average.
