Great Effort by Koo Wasted in 9-7 Texans Loss
The San Diego Roadrunners outlasted Yeong-kil Koo and the Dallas Texans, 9-7. Koo was impressive in the loss. The Dallas first baseman was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. San Diego starter Olaf Hoffman was credited with the win after throwing 118 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 1-1.
