Las Vegas pitcher Dustin Eisenberg had a large part in his team subduing the Minnesota Loons, 4-1. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. The Loons, now 4-8, continue their poor start.

The Aces got a big at-bat from second baseman Kevin Ball. For the game, Ball went 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Las Vegas a 2-1 lead.

"This game will punch you right in the mouth," said Eisenberg. "My job is to show up and give my team a chance."
