Hamilton, Newark Confirm Deal Friday, December 8th , 2023 The Hamilton Tigers have finalized a deal that will send 27-year old LF Jose Vazquez to Newark for 29-year old RHP Cory Rodgers. Minor details still need to be worked out before the trade becomes official, but the players involved are expected to be with their new clubs soon. During his career, Vazquez has chalked up 160 hits and a .275 average with 18 home runs and 70 RBIs. Lifetime Rodgers has compiled a 3-11 record with a 5.45 ERA in 4 starts. |
