"It means I'm wanted somewhere. At least one team sees potential in me." Those were the comments heard after the Calgary Caracals came to an agreement to deal 23-year old minor league LHP Jim Ivey to the Allentown Fleetwings for 30-year old LF Gherardo Tolo earlier today. The deal is expected to be formally announced later this evening. Tolo has compiled a career batting average of .368 with 197 hits, 30 homers and 105 RBIs. |
