Capitals Hurler Named September's #1 Starter Sunday, October 1st , 2023 Randy Easter of the Capitals bewildered opposing batters in September and was honored as the Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit Pitcher of the Month earlier today. The Ottawa starter sparkled last month with a 4-1 record and 1.62 ERA. He made 5 starts, tossed 33.1 innings and had 20 strikeouts.
