Vacaville Devastated by Playoff Elimination Tuesday, September 26th , 2023 The Vacaville Steelheads clubhouse was dead quiet today with the realization that the club is now officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Steelheads have missed the playoffs 5 times in their 22 years as a Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2021. In the last 10 seasons, the Steelheads have made the playoffs 10 times. Vacaville has won the SPBC Classic Series 5 times in their history. |
