D.C. Loses Harvey for Year Sunday, September 24th , 2023 A blow for Dave Harvey today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4 months with a broken kneecap. Harvey suffered the injury stealing a base. Although officials from the D.C. Potomacs are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Harvey's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature.
