Janes Blisters Los Angeles (R) Wednesday, July 27th , 2022 Eric Janes had an answer for everything the Los Angeles (R) Knights threw at him at PBC Rookie Development Complex. The Boston (R) third baseman went 5-for-7 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Shamrocks a win, 17-4. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Janes said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Eric Janes singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, struck out in the 7th, grounded out in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
