Eric Janes had an answer for everything the Los Angeles (R) Knights threw at him at PBC Rookie Development Complex. The Boston (R) third baseman went 5-for-7 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Shamrocks a win, 17-4.

Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Janes said, "I just see the ball and I hit it."
