Roger Cobos Plans to Retire Monday, September 26th , 2022 Roger Cobos said he's incredibly grateful for getting a chance to play with the Ottawa Capitals organization, but this season will be his last. "I'm extremely loyal to the team, but that's why I have to walk away. I think there's probably someone younger and better who can come in and take my spot," the 40-year-old said. "I'm grateful for all the opportunities I've gotten in pro ball." In his career, Cobos has 1 save with a 49-52 record and a 3.90 ERA. |
