Mexico City's Carlson WSPC Top Pitcher Thursday, September 1st , 2022 An outstanding 4-0 record in August earned Dave Carlson the Pitcher of the Month Award in the Western Semi-Pro Circuit. When his name was penciled in to start on the Mexico City lineup card, it meant trouble for opposing teams. In 42.1 innings of work, Carlson limited opposing batters to 39 base hits and a .247 batting average. He notched 39 strikeouts, issued 11 walks and had a 2.55 ERA. This season in 28 starts, Dave Carlson has a record of 13-6 with 162 strikeouts in 176 innings and a 4.04 ERA. |
