Moose, Steelheads Make Trade Sunday, December 25th , 2022 It's all done except the paperwork. The Saskatoon Moose and the Vacaville Steelheads have agreed to a trade that will send 21-year old minor league LF Bill Higgins to Vacaville, while 37-year old RHP Jonathan King will be shipped to Saskatoon. A top front office executive with the Moose described the trade talks as "quick and easy." "We're glad to get this deal done. We think it's something that helps our ball club and it didn't take too long at all to sort this one out," he said. Over his career King has posted 50 saves. |
