Saskatoon, Sherbrooke Agree to Trade Sunday, December 25th , 2022 Saskatoon and Sherbrooke made a trade today. In this move, the Moose shipped 19-year old minor league 2B Sal Martinez to the Canadians for 29-year old LHP Carlos Vargas. The Saskatoon GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players." In his career, Vargas has made 38 relief appearances and converted 7 saves. His record stands at 6-and-6 with a 2.93 ERA. |
