King of the Hill Announced by Western Semi-Pro Circuit Saturday, November 5th , 2022 Makai Buckner of the Southern California Empires had a fine season and has been rewarded with the Western Semi-Pro Circuit Pitcher of the Year Award for 2022. The Empires ace fashioned an ERA of 2.67 as he won 13 games, dropped 6, fanned 204 and gave up 56 walks in 209.1 innings of work. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 20.
