Vacaville Swaps Hardy to Green Bay for Foster Saturday, October 29th , 2022 The Steelheads and Braves pulled the trigger on a deal that will see 21-year old minor league C Eddie Cruz, 23-year old minor league RHP Dusty Kelley, and 24-year old RHP Dave Hardy head to Green Bay in exchange for 31-year old LHP Chris Foster and 20-year old minor league LHP Tony Gallegos. A source close to Vacaville officials said, "The teams spent long hours coming to the agreement and in the end, both agreed the deal should help both clubs." Foster has a career 41-50 mark with a 3.88 ERA. He has fanned 626 batters, issued 210 walks, pitched 799.2 innings and limited the opposition to a .273 batting average. |
