Nagamine Voted PBC Rookie of Year Saturday, November 6th , 2021 Yaichiro Nagamine, left fielder for the Los Angeles Knights, had a good freshman year, highlighted today by his selection for the Professional Baseball Circuit Rookie of the Year Award for 2021. The standout Knights left fielder took the honor by hitting .328 in 87 games this season and finishing with 106 hits, 25 home runs, 65 RBIs and 60 runs scored. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 18. Gabe Espinoza of the Detroit Motors finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Ruben Silva of the Boston Shamrocks finished third.
