Diablos, Sun Sox Make Deal Saturday, October 30th , 2021 It took some time to iron out the details, but the Diablos and Sun Sox have agreed to a swap. Miami will get 30-year old RHP Kevin Keeth with El Paso receiving 32-year old LHP Cortez Crus in return. A source close to the trade talks said the two clubs were initially looking to make a bigger deal, but discussions broke off late last night. The two sides reconvened early today and eventually settled on this deal. Keeth has a won-lost record of 75 wins and 43 losses with 1142 strikeouts and a lifetime 3.12 ERA. His career mark is 70 victories and 47 defeats. Crus also has struck out 1102 batters and compiled a 3.71 ERA. |
