D'Avignon Goes on Rampage Against Texans Tuesday, September 28th , 2021 The 5th time is the charm -- at least for J.J. D'Avignon. The second baseman for the Los Angeles Knights hit the milestone against the Dallas Texans, helping his club to a narrow 15-14 victory. D'Avignon finished with a 5-for-5 line at the plate. "D'Avignon was a tough out," Dallas manager Jesus Sanchez told the press in the postgame interview. "If it weren't for him, I think we had this one." J.J. D'Avignon hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th and singled in the 7th.
