El Paso Diablos starter Cortez Crus was dealing. He helped his team knock off the Detroit Motors, 13-2. The Diablos have an impressive 31-16 record.

Crus's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 11 strikeouts in 9 innings while allowing 5 hits. Crus, who finished 5th in the PBC in ERA with 2.78 in 2016, goes to 5-3 on the year with 70 strikeouts.
