Thanks in large part to catcher Tommy Bannon, the Los Angeles Knights clipped the Philadelphia Keystones, 4-3, in 12 innings. Bannon was 2-5 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. The win lifted the Los Angeles record to 20-20.

The Knights got a clutch hit from second baseman J.J. D'Avignon. In the bottom of the 12th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Knights.

"It took some blood and sweat, but we got what we were after," said Knights manager Steve Finley.
