Cutter's Cove was the site of a competitive game between the Denver Cutthroats and Atlanta Pilots.

The Atlanta Pilots topped the Denver Cutthroats by a score of 5-3. Leading the way was catcher Luther Rowland. Rowland was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Pilots. Denver has now lost 5 in a row.
