Aztecas, Grizzlies Make Deal Tuesday, December 22nd , 2020 After prolonged negotiations Mexico City agreed to ship 30-year old 1B Nate Clark to Vancouver for 27-year old LHP Rudy Batstone, 24-year old C Jon Costello, and 18-year old minor league C Jose Rincon. The deal is awaiting confirmation from the league office but neither team expects any hang-ups. "It took longer than expected," said one GM, "but we knew that the deal was going to happen." Lifetime Clark is batting .273 and has hit 10 home runs. Batstone has a career won-loss record of 13 wins and 15 losses with 203 strikeouts in 233.1 innings and a 4.51 ERA. |
