Albany-Allentown Announce Deal Sunday, November 15th , 2020 Reports have surfaced that Albany has agreed to send 22-year old minor league 2B Steve Robinson, 22-year old minor league 2B Eddy Zavala, 22-year old minor league LF Jose Cruz, and 19-year old minor league LHP Franklin Sital to the Allentown Fleetwings in exchange for 31-year old RHP Sean Hearn. "It's a done deal," said one executive speaking on the condition of anonymity. "I'm surprised word got around so quickly. We just signed off on this an hour ago." The deal apparently is awaiting physicals before an official announcement is made by either team. In his career, Hearn has fanned 286 batters and walked 86 in 296.2 innings of work. His lifetime won-lost record is 19 victories and 11 defeats with a 4.03 ERA and opposing hitters have compiled a .252 batting average against him. |
