Mexico City-Southern California Swap: Perry for Nakano Friday, October 30th , 2020 Mexico City and Southern California made a trade today. In this move, the Aztecas shipped 29-year old C Billy Perry to the Empires for 31-year old RHP Tokimasa Nakano. The Mexico City GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players." For his career, Perry has hit at a .260 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 443 hits, 61 doubles, 1 triple, 39 home runs and 208 RBIs. Thus far in his career, Nakano has 5 victories and 3 defeats with a 4.36 ERA. He has limited other teams to a .275 average. |
