Ottawa Swaps Ramos to Saskatoon for Gonzalez Thursday, October 29th , 2020 After prolonged negotiations Ottawa agreed to ship 27-year old minor league 3B Nestor Ramos, 22-year old minor league LF Rodolfo Perez, and 21-year old minor league LHP Luis Flores to Saskatoon for 29-year old RHP David Gonzalez, 24-year old RHP Justin Goldman, and 24-year old minor league LF Bryan Schrager. The deal is awaiting confirmation from the league office but neither team expects any hang-ups. "It took longer than expected," said one GM, "but we knew that the deal was going to happen." |
