Rollers Swap Scott to Potomacs for Koubek Tuesday, October 27th , 2020 According to BNN there were mixed emotions by the players involved in the trade between the Las Vegas Rollers and the D.C. Potomacs. As part of the deal, the Rollers swapped 29-year old 1B Peter Scott and 24-year old minor league 1B Steffen Hermann to the Potomacs getting 27-year old RHP Gabek Koubek in return. The players indicated it was good to get a fresh new start in another city, but it was difficult to leave your friends on the old team. Koubek has compiled a lifetime ERA of 4.59 with 6 career victories and 8 defeats. He has 114 career strikeouts in 117.2 innings and has held opponents to a .270 batting average. |
