Canadians right fielder Vinny Rosas had his way with D.C. pitching at Ballpark of the Potomac and mauled them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Potomacs ruined his great day by toppling the Canadians, 13-12.

"I had a great day, but you've got to give D.C. credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits."

"Oh, we noticed what Rosas did today," Potomacs skipper Jacob Benton said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him."

Vinny Rosas singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and doubled in the 10th.
