Senators Come up Short of Playoffs Sunday, September 22nd , 2019 Albany Senators manager Jon Valverde said his club is "frustrated" to no longer have a chance at the postseason. The club was mathematically eliminated from a possible playoff berth earlier today. Albany last appeared in the postseason in 2009. This is their 10th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 16 times in their 18-year history. |
