Detroit-Vancouver Trade: Jones for Ludwig Sunday, December 1st , 2019 The rumor has been out there for a while now and today it was made official. The Detroit Chargers have sent 26-year old 2B Elijah Jones and 22-year old minor league 2B Francisco Mesa to the Vancouver Grizzlies for 34-year old RHP Jake Ludwig and $50 in cash. Vancouver will retain a portion of Ludwig's remaining contract. In his all-time stats Jones is hitting .270 with 172 hits, 16 home runs, 67 runs scored and 64 RBIs. During his career, Ludwig has a 20-23 won-lost record with a 3.69 ERA. |
