2019 WSPC Pitcher of the Year Award Chosen Tuesday, October 29th , 2019 Pat Musser of the Las Vegas Rollers fired on all cylinders in 2019 and dominated Western Semi-Pro Circuit batters. For his superb season he has been selected the Pitcher of the Year Award winner. During the year Musser compiled a 15-8 record, a 3.05 ERA and 220 strikeouts while working 218.1 innings. He received 16 first place votes out of a possible 20. Jason Gross of the Las Vegas Rollers finished second in voting with 4 first place votes, while Colt Summers of the Green Bay Braves finished third.
