First Baseman Honored by ESPC Tuesday, October 1st , 2019 When it came to hitting the baseball, Justin Shelton had few peers in the Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit last month. The gifted first baseman for Detroit tagged opposing pitchers for a .351 average and was voted the Rookie of the Month for September. Included in his stats were 26 hits, 7 homers, 13 runs scored and 24 RBIs. So far this season, Shelton has 10 home runs and a .328 batting average. |
