Houston, Dallas Confirm Swap Monday, September 2nd , 2019 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Houston and Dallas as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 28-year old minor league RHP Adam Smith to the Texans and 20-year old minor league RHP Brandon Gottschalk to the Mavericks. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Dallas GM. In his career, Smith has pitched 178.1 innings over 35 games, recording 175 strikeouts and a 4.95 ERA. His won-lost record is 10-6 with no saves. |
